We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any session due to unforeseen circumstances. In the rare case this occurs, you will be notified promptly and given the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost. Your personal information and session content are held in strict confidence and will never be shared without your express consent, except where required by law.

Return Policy: ​Due to the highly customized and energetic nature of these offerings, all sales are final. Time, preparation, and spiritual energy are invested in each client experience well before the scheduled session. We honor your commitment to your personal growth and ask that you be certain of your readiness before booking. If you are unable to attend your session, you may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the session without refund. Refunds will not be issued for:
  • Perceived lack of results or dissatisfaction with guidance
  • Missed appointments
  • Failure to schedule within the stated time frame (typically 30 days unless otherwise arranged)
If a service must be canceled by the practitioner for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.
